General Terms And Conditions Of Purchase

The following terms and conditions govern purchases made online at https://www.upani.shop.  All orders are accepted solely upon and subject to the following terms and conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions except such (if any) as are specifically accepted by the Company in writing.   Acceptance of delivery shall be conclusive evidence of acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Product Color Display : We have made every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please be advised that color varies slightly from one computer monitor to another. If you want to see exact color match, you can order a swatch book from us.

Force Majeure : The Company shall be under no liability for any delay, loss or damage caused wholly or in part by Act of God, accident, customs, Governmental restriction condition or control or by reason of any act done pursuant to a trade dispute whether such dispute involves the Company's employees or not or by reason of any other act matter or thing beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Inspection : The customer shall inspect the goods immediately on arrival thereof and shall note shortages or damage on the delivery note and give written notice to the delivery, with full details of the claim, within seven days from such arrival. If the customer should fail to give such notice within the said period the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the contract and the customer shall be bound to accept and pay for them accordingly.

Product Specification : We reserve the right to modify or amend without notice the specification of any of our products.

Customs Duties and Taxes : When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to duties, VAT (Value Added Tax). Buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged at the destination.

Loss or Damage in Transit : We insure all our shipments. In case of damaged or lost shipment, the insurance claim will be filed and the refund will be made once the claim is settled by the courier company. Company shall not be responsible for any lost parcels if the incorrect address is given by the client.
